the total stay was enjoyable in this beautiful seaside town. guest room i stayed at was functional with balcony. the facilities such as central heating, a work desk and tv were available.

The staff were very friendly and assisted with public parking. the location was particularly good and magnificent in a lovely area, so close to Castro Urdiales old town and beaches.

I got a reasonably spacious and quiet room with magnificent views of the sunset across the rooftops. the central heating, work desk, and TV in the room were convenient. - the location of Pension La Mar is marvellous and absolutely perfect in the heart of the old city, just a 10-minute walk to Cala el Pedregal.

I had a fantastic stay at this affordable hotel with an outstanding location. The convenience of being able to walk to everything was unbeatable. Despite the street noise until 01:00, I still found it easy to sleep. The staff was exceedingly helpful and made me feel welcome. The room, although basic, was comfortable and had all the essentials I needed. Plus, the small balcony offered stunning views of the sunset. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and location.

Lovely place to stay. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The decor throughout the hotel was fresh and clean. There were air fresheners around that made the hotel smell nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved the location of the hotel, it was perfect for exploring the town. However, there was no convenient parking available and we had to use the underground public structure, which added an extra cost to our stay.

Great location, right in the heart of the old town. Step out of the hotel and you're on the tapas street, surrounded by cozy bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable for sleeping, with a small balcony that offered unexpected sunset views across the rooftops. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, providing a warm and welcoming service. Parking was easy to find within a minute or two.

Although the room was comfortable for sleeping, it was quite basic and not ideal for spending a lot of time indoors. It would have been nice to have at least one English speaking channel on the TV for some entertainment while getting ready.
